Terms of Service

1. Our Role

RideNow247 is not a taxi company. We provide a platform that connects riders with licensed taxi drivers in Turks and Caicos. All transportation services are provided by independent, licensed taxi operators.

2. Your Agreement

By booking a ride, you:

• Confirm that you're at least 18 years old
• Agree to provide accurate booking and payment information
• Understand that submitting a request doesn't guarantee a driver will accept

3. Payments

Payments are processed securely through our payment partner (e.g., Stripe). You'll only be charged after your trip is completed.

A small platform fee may be added to the fare to support RideNow247 operations.

4. Cancellations & Refunds

You can cancel before a driver accepts and receive a full refund. After acceptance, cancellations must be arranged directly with the driver.

5. Responsibility

RideNow247 does not operate vehicles or employ drivers. All trips are provided by licensed taxi operators who are responsible for the safety and quality of their service.

RideNow247 is not liable for accidents, delays, lost items, or incidents during the trip. All drivers carry valid taxi insurance in accordance with local laws.

6. Platform Use

You agree not to misuse the platform or interfere with its operation. We may suspend or terminate your access for fraudulent or abusive behavior.

7. Updates to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform means you accept any changes.
