1. Your relationship with RideNow

You are an independent, licensed taxi operator. You are not an employee, agent or partner of RideNow247. RideNow247 connects riders with drivers; you provide the ride.

2. Applying and eligibility

• You must hold a valid Turks and Caicos Islands taxi licence and the insurance the law requires for your vehicle.
• Your profile, licence, vehicle and bank details must be accurate, and you must keep them up to date.
• We review every application. Approval is not guaranteed.
• We may reject an application, and suspend or remove an approved account.

3. Ride offers

• You receive offers only while you are online.
• Each ride is offered to one driver at a time, for a limited time. You may accept or decline any offer.
• Who receives an offer depends on distance, recent activity, vehicle and passenger capacity, and VIP settings.

4. Fares and earnings

• Fares follow the official Turks and Caicos Islands taxi rates.
• Riders pay a RideNow service fee on top of the fare.
• RideNow keeps a commission from the fare and any waiting fee.
• The earnings shown for each ride in the app are your share after commission.

5. Payouts

RideNow records the payouts it makes to you. Payouts go to the bank account in your profile.

6. Conduct and safety

• Drive safely and obey traffic and taxi laws.
• Treat riders with respect. Discrimination, harassment and violence are not allowed.
• Do not drive under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
• Keep your vehicle clean, safe and matching the details in your profile.
• Use rider contact details only for the ride they booked.
• Do not ask riders to pay outside the app for rides booked through RideNow.

7. Location

While you are online, the app shares your precise location with RideNow, including when it runs in the background, and with your rider during a ride. Go offline to stop sharing. See the Driver Privacy Policy.

8. Deleting your account

You can delete your account in the app (Account → Privacy & account → Delete account) or at ridenow247.com/delete-account. What we keep.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. We will change the date above when we do. Continuing to use the app after a change means you accept the updated terms.
